On the front page you have a Porsche 911 Cabrio for £1125.61 a month. I assume that the 3+23 means that I would have to pay 3 months payment for the first month and then 23 more payments? so £3376.83 for the first payment and then 23 payments of £1125.61?

What happens then? Do I give it back? Would I get a chance to buy it?

Basically that's how it works, yes. At the end of the 2 years you would generally move to a new vehicle, although there are certain circumstances under which you would be able to buy.
